Service Provision

Veeki is a platform that connects care recipients with caregivers. We are not a healthcare provider and do not

• Employ or supervise caregivers
• Guarantee the quality or outcomes of care services
• Provide medical advice

Care recipients are responsible for selecting appropriate caregivers and verifying qualifications.

User Responsibilities

All users agree to

• Use the platform lawfully and ethically
• Not engage in fraudulent, abusive, or harmful conduct
• Respect the privacy and rights of others
• Not circumvent the payment system

Intellectual Property

The platform and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by CareConnect and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CareConnect shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use the service
• Any conduct or content of third parties
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions

Termination
